Malaria Transmission Modelling (SEIR–SEI)
Built a mechanistic human-mosquito compartmental model incorporating mosquito biting behaviour and vector control tools. Predicted malaria spread in a low-transmission area (Lagos, Nigeria, 2025) to inform elimination strategies.
DISEASE MODELLING
Yellow Fever Modelling (SVEIR-SIR)
Modelled and compared yellow fever disease spread across high and low vaccination coverage states in Nigeria using DHIS2 vaccination data (2024), informing national immunisation policy.
FINANCIAL ML
Stock Price & Taxi Fare Prediction (XGBoost / ANN)
Leveraged XGBoost (MAE: 0.392, RMSE: 0.469) for stock price prediction, and ANN/TensorFlow for taxi fare forecasting — demonstrating high-accuracy ML across financial and transport domains.

Black Fly Geospatial Modelling (Onchocerciasis)
Co-developed an integrated Random Forest and binomial geospatial model predicting black fly presence in Nigeria (2023), directly supporting onchocerciasis control and elimination efforts.

Developed Generalized Linear Models (GLMs) linking HAART exposure to preterm birth risk in HIV-positive women (2023), contributing to evidence-based antenatal care protocols.
